10mg/ml polybrene調製方法

1. 次の試薬を混ぜる。

Hexadimethrine bromide (Sigma, H9268) (4℃保存)	100mg
MilliQ	up to 10mL

2. フィルター濾過する。
3. -30℃に保存(2年間は安定)。
