PPARγは脂肪組織中のTregを増加させる

これまで、脂肪組織には、特徴的な性質を持つTregが存在し、脂肪組織の炎症やインスリン感受性に関与している事が知られていた。

今回の研究により、脂肪組織Tregは、PPARγが高発現している事。脂肪組織TregのPPARγが脂肪組織中Tregの数を増加させ、耐糖能を改善させる事。等が明らかになった。
