胸腺摘出後SLE、PRCA、IPHを発症した症例

これまで、胸腺摘出後にSLEなどの自己免疫疾患を発症する例がある事が知られていた。

今回は、重症筋無力症に対する胸腺摘出後、PRCA、SLE、IPHを発症した症例を報告した。
