GLP-1作動薬は胆嚢疾患による入院を増加させるが、DPP-4阻害薬は増加させない

今回の研究では、横断研究において、GLP-1作動薬は、胆石症、胆嚢炎、胆管炎による入院を約1.79倍に増加させるが、DPP-4阻害薬はこれらの頻度を変化させない事が明らかになった。
