コラゲナーゼ溶液調製

1. 次の試薬を混ぜる

		終 濃度
Collagenase Type II (Sigma, C6885)	25mg	1mg/ml
D-MEM (High Glucose) with L-Glutamine and Phenol Red (Wako, 044-29765)	25ml
total	25ml

2. Millex GV, 0.22um, PVDF (Millipore, SLGV033RS)でフィルター濾過。すぐ目詰まりするので、適宜フィルターを交換する。
