H295R細胞において、cAMP刺激はLDLRの遺伝子発現を誘導する

今回の研究では、H295R細胞において、①cAMP刺激はLDLRの遺伝子発現を誘導すること、②コレステロールエステルの取り込みは、HDLからより もLDLからの方が多いこと、③cAMP刺激により、細胞内の遊離コレステロールは変化しないが、コレステリルエステルは減少すること、等が明らかになっ た。
