これまで、バセドウ病に対し、methimazole 15mgと30mgを比較した研究は少なかった。

今 回の研究では、fT4 7ng/dl未満のバセドウ病では、methimazole 15mgの寛解率は92%、30mgの寛解率は100%である事。fT4 7ng/ml以上のバセドウ病では、15mgの寛解率は64%、30mgの寛解率は87%である事。皮疹・蕁麻疹の出現頻度は、15mgでは6.6%、 30mgでは22%である事。等が明らかになった。
