〇PSAが高値になる程、前立腺癌の診断、悪性度、骨転移の可能性が高まる

今回の研究では、PSA 100ng/ml以上の場合、①前立腺癌診断に対する特異性は99.7%、②Gleason score 8以上に対する特異性は87.8%、③骨転移の特異性に対する90.7%であること、等が明らかになった。
