リラグルチドの効果予測因子には、CPIとグルカゴン負荷後CPIが有用である

今回の研究では、リラグルチドの効果予測因子として、CPI 0.72が感度81%、特異度61%を与え、グルカゴン負荷後のCPI (S-CPI) 1.92が感度53%、特異度88%を与える事が明らかになった。
