CRH負荷試験におけるコルチゾール頂値は、①健常人では14.5ug/dl以上であること、②18.63ug/dl以上であれば副腎不全は除外できること、③13.66ug/dl以下であれば、ほぼ副腎不全と診断できること、等が明らかになった。
