肥満の1型糖尿病おいて、dapagliflozinは、低血糖やDKAを増加させず、血糖コントロールを改善する

今回の研究では、二重盲検ランダム化比較試験の結果、平均BMI 28kg/m2の1型糖尿病では、dapagliflozinは、低血糖や糖尿病ケトアシドーシスを増加させる事なく、①HbA1cを低下させる事、②イ ンスリン投与量を約10%減少させる事、③体重を減少させる事、等が明らかになった。
