今回の研究では、高脂肪食負荷したCreb3l3欠損マウスでは、①血中TGが増加する事、②脂肪肝になる事、③肝臓の脂質合成、脂肪分解、脂肪酸酸化関連遺伝子が発現低下する事。等が明らかになった。
