ex vivoにおいて、デキサメサゾンはヒト脂肪組織のFKBP5発現を誘導する

今回の研究では、ヒトから採取した皮下脂肪組織や大網脂肪組織に、ex vivoでdexamethasoneを処理すると、FKBP5の遺伝子発現が増加する事が明らかになった。
