FoxA1+/PD-L1hi/FoxP3-を特徴とする抑制性T細胞の発見

これまで、Ifnb欠損マウスでは自己免疫性脳脊髄炎を発症する事が知られていた。

今回の研究では、FoxA1+/PD-L1hi/FoxP3-を特徴とする新しい抑制性T細胞を発見し、これが自己免疫性脳脊髄炎の発症を抑制する事を見出した。
