胃バイパス術により、血中ghrelinは減少するが、血中obestatinは変化しない

これまで、血中ghrelin濃度が胃バイパス術後に低下する事が知られていた(文献)。

今回の研究では、胃バイパス術後には、血中ghrelinは減少するが、血中obestatinは変化しない事が明らかになった。
