SCD1、SCD2の発現はSREBPとNF-Yが協調して誘導する

これまで、stearoyl-CoA desaturase 2 (SCD2)の発現がSREBPによって誘導される事が知られていた。

今回の研究では、SREBPとNF-Yは、プロモーターに結合する事により、協調的にSCD1やSCD2の発現を誘導する事が明らかになった。
