KEAP1-CUL3-RBX1は、細胞及びin vitroにおいて、NRF2をユビキチン化する

今回の研究では、①細胞にKeap1を発現させるとGal4-Neh2がユビキチン化されること、②細胞にKeap1/Rbx1/Cul3を発現させる と、HA-NRF2の蛋白量が減少すること、③ in vitroにおいて、Keap1免疫複合体はユビキチン化されること、等が明らかになった。
