今回の研究では、ルタテラを投与された膵消化管神経内分泌腫瘍では、骨髄疾患(骨髄異形成症候群、急性骨髄性白血病、骨髄増殖性腫瘍、骨髄機能不全)の発症率が2.7倍に増加すること、等が明らかになった。
