今回の研究では、�@細胞や酵母から精製したfull-length adiponectinやglobular adiponectinはラット初代培養肝細胞のACCリン酸化を変化させないこと、�Aオスのdb/dbに2週間投与しても血糖や体重に影響を与えないこと、 �BTHP-1細胞において、ヒトfull-length adiponectinはpalmitateによるMCP1分泌を抑制すること、等が明らかになった。
