・Lipofectamine RNAiMAX：3ul/well
・培地交換：48hr後、wash 1回→Nu serum (-) or (+), 抗生物質(+)→培養28-30hr
・RNA抽出：Aurum Total RNA Mini Kit
・Total Cholesterol測定：5ul使用
