TRH欠損マウスは甲状腺ホルモンが低下し、インスリン分泌が低下する

これまで、TRHは様々な臓器に発現していることが知られていた。

今回の研究では、TRH欠損マウスは甲状腺ホルモン低下、高血糖、インスリン分泌低下を呈する事が明らかになった。
