これまで、膵腎同時移植では、膵臓よりも腎臓の方が長期予後が悪い事が分かっていた。

今回の研究では、膵腎同時移植では、膵臓よりも腎臓の方が拒絶反応が起こる頻度が多い事が明らかになった。
