calceinとコバルトを用いた、生細胞でミトコンドリア透過性遷移を評価する手法の開発

今回の研究では、生細胞にcalceinとコバルトを処理するとミトコンドリアに蛍光が集積し、蛍光はCa ionophore A23187により減光し、cyclosporin Aにより維持されること、等が明らかになった。
