長期の摂食制限は、脂肪や肝臓における脂肪合成酵素の発現を誘導する

これまで、Scd1やElovl6などの脂肪合成酵素の発現は、絶食によって減少する事が知られていた。

今回の研究では、ラットにおいて、長期の摂食制限は、脂肪や肝臓におけるScd1、Elovl6の発現を増加させる事が明らかになった。
